Purchasing a home can be costly'; there are title, escrow, lender fees, and real estate agent fees involved. Therefore, I created this program to assist buyers in maximizing their funds. I encounter numerous clients who undertake some of the responsibilities typically handled by a conventional agent. They attend open houses every weekend and compare properties in their desired area. When they are prepared to make a purchase, they seek an agent to represent them. This program will be highly beneficial for them, as it only charges 1 percent, with the remaining commission allocated to my clients to help cover those expensive fees. My clients receive the same level of service, if not better, than that provided by a traditional agent.
