Private Showings & Open Houses
Buyers are welcome to attend open houses on their own. For private showings, Devin personally supports clients whenever possible. For private showings that are outside his normal service area or require additional scheduling support, Devin may use Showami, a third-party licensed-agent showing service. In those cases, the buyer is responsible for the $50 showing fee paid directly to Showami for a licensed agent to show the property.
This policy helps keep the process transparent while giving buyers access to licensed showing support when needed.

Yes. Buyers are welcome to attend open houses on their own. If you visit an open house, it is helpful to let the hosting agent know you are working with Devin Soliz.
